Christian Financial
Resources
There are many reasons a person may find themselves in need
of Christian financial assistance. A college student may be
looking for Christian school financial aid. A Young
couple expecting their first child or possibly wanting to adopt
may be in search of various types of Christian financial
resources. Several are having financial problems due to our
current economy.
Research and Compare
All of the financial institutions have recently heightened
their scrutiny of possible buyers, although interest rates have
gone done slightly. It is important to check your credit rating
before you apply. There are several places online that can do
that for free. Also, compare interest rates, fees and points
through the various Christian financial
resources available online.
Christian School Financial Aid
If you are a first time borrower, seek advice from your
parents, colleagues or friends. Commonly college loans or
student loans offer lower interest rates. Check with the
college you will be attending to see if they offer grants,
scholarships or Christian school financial aid. You do not want
to be burdened with a larger loan than necessary. You may get
married in the future and you don’t want to start out with the
burden of an old school loan.
Christian Financial Assistance
If you are already married and have found yourself in debt
for whatever reason, you may need to consider Christian
financial assistance. Considering the current economic
situation, with the rising cost of fuel and food, and the
possibility of losing your job or having your hours cut, it may
be hard to meet your monthly payments. Don’t feel alone, many
of us are in the same boat. It is important to seek help
quickly before debt rises even higher. The sooner you begin to
fix the problem the easier it is to repair.
“Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion,
and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.” Matthew 18:27
Pray first, and then begin seeking help. The Lord will guide
you in the right direction. You never know what the Lord can do
until you step out in faith. He will reward your honest
efforts.
“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer,
believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark
11:24
